Wendell G. Davis
Wendell Davis received his law degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 1993 and his bachelor of arts degree from Central Connecticut State University in 1989. Mr. Davis has represented and counseled both private and publicly traded companies on a variety of legal matters including the development of land for commercial uses, purchase and sale of commercial and residential properties, the negotiation and drafting of contracts, agreements and entity documents and the counseling and advising of clients in general business law. Mr. Davis is a Member of the Real Property and Zoning Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, President of the Central Connecticut Alumni Association and a member of Hebron 's Economic Development Commission.
