Justin R. Clark

Justin Clark recently joined Blackwell, Davis and Spadaccini as a partner with a focus on commercial and appellate litigation. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Clark spent several years of practice focusing on commercial litigation and representation of sureties, general contractors, construction managers and various clients in a wide variety of disputes in state and federal courts, arbitration and mediation. Mr. Clark's appellate experience includes several state and federal court appeals. In 2007, Mr. Clark was appointed special counsel by the Mayor of Newington, Connecticut to assist with the town's most recent charter revision and other legal matters. In addition to his trial and appellate experience, Mr. Clark has a background in both corporate and real estate transactions.

A graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law, Mr. Clark served as a managing editor of the Connecticut Insurance Law Journal. He received his bachelor's degree from Wesleyan University where he double majored in Economics and Government. In addition to his professional memberships, Mr. Clark is involved in various civic, charitable and political organizations and activities.

Mr. Clark clerked for the Honorable Peter T. Zarella of the Connecticut Supreme Court. He is also a member of the Connecticut Supreme Court Historical Society.
